Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of physea.ai and anything Physea Labs, Inc. ("Physea," "we," "us") offers through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and use this site for lawful purposes. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; no scraping in a way that harms the service; and nothing illegal.
Beta and pre-release software
Some of what we offer (for example Sia and other early models) is in beta or pre-release. It is provided "as is," may change or break, and is not guaranteed to be available, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Don't rely on beta software for anything critical, and keep your own backups.
Our content and yours
The site, its text, design, and brand are owned by Physea or its licensors; see our copyright notice. Anything you send us (such as feedback) you grant us permission to use to improve our products, without obligation to you, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
No warranty
The site and any beta offerings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any beta software. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Links
The site links to other services (and points AI agents to our MCP endpoint). We're not responsible for third-party sites or services and their own terms apply to them.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
