We collect as little as we can and we don't sell it. This page explains, in plain language, what Physea Labs, Inc. ("Physea," "we," "us") collects when you use physea.ai, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details. When you create a Liminality account we collect your name, age, email, and a password (which we store only as a salted hash, never in plain text), along with the plan you choose and the fact that you accepted our Software User Agreement.
- What you send us. When you use a contact or beta form it opens your own email client and sends us your name, email, and whatever you write, including any hardware details you choose to share. We only get what you actually send.
- Payment details. Paid plans are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout, not on our site; we receive confirmation and billing basics from Stripe, never your full card number.
- Basic technical data. Our host (Cloudflare) and our font provider (Google Fonts) automatically receive standard request data such as your IP address and browser type, the way every website works. We use this only to serve and protect the site.
- No tracking cookies. We don't set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run third-party tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and, if you asked, to set up beta access.
- To keep the site running, fast, and secure.
- For nothing else. We don't build advertising profiles.
Who it touches
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they only receive what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery.
- Stripe: payment processing for paid plans.
- Liminality service: our own backend that creates accounts and issues your API key.
- Google Fonts: serving the typefaces the site uses.
- Email: your messages and your key reach you through standard email.
If we add other providers (for example analytics or a forms processor), we'll update this page and name them here before that data starts flowing.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and any beta details for as long as needed to talk with you and run the beta, and then we delete them when they're no longer useful. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your location (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of them, just email us and we'll handle it.
Children
This site and our products aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you're in a region that sets a higher age of digital consent, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
