Liminality

Software User Agreement

Version 2026-06-15

Plain terms for using Liminality. We kept it short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

1. What this covers

This agreement is between you and Physea Labs for your use of Liminality, our MCP server and the API behind it. By creating an account or connecting the service, you agree to what is written here. If you are using it for a company, you are agreeing on the company’s behalf.

2. Your account and key

Your API key is how the service knows it is you. Keep it private. Anyone with your key can spend your solves, so treat it like a password. You are responsible for activity under your key. Tell us right away if you think it has leaked and we will rotate it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. The account details you give us should be accurate.

3. What you can and cannot do

Use the service for lawful work. Do not use it to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to resell raw access without our written agreement, or to reverse engineer the engine. Do not send us content you do not have the right to send.

We run your request, not your private data. Send the question and the context the solve needs, and no more.

4. Solves, billing, and refunds

One solve is one request, start to finish. The follow-up calls inside a single solve do not bill. Packs do not expire. The monthly plan includes a set number of solves that roll over and top up on renewal.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card. If something is wrong with a charge, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.

5. Your data and privacy

We store your account details and the request text needed to run and improve routes. Verified routes are saved and reused so the service gets cheaper over time. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data tied to it, and we will.

6. The service is provided as is

Liminality is in active development. We work hard to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never goes down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

7. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update this agreement as the product grows. If we make a material change we will note it here and update the version date. You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

8. Reaching us

Questions about this agreement go to [email protected]. We answer our own email.
